South Africa and Pakistan did battle in the 3rd ODI at Wanderers, Johannesburg at 10:00 SA Time on Sunday 17 March 2013.

Sputh Africa amassed 343 / 5 in their allotted 50 overs, with both Hashim Amla and AB de Villiers getting their tons.

Pakistan had spells of brilliance, starting very well until a few wickets fell and then again when Shahid Afridi scored 88 off just 48 balls before falling. At the end the South African bowlers wrapped up all the Pakistani wickets for 309 runs, after 48.1 overs, just 34 runs short of the South African total.
