The Bulls Union has announced that Flip van der Merwe, who has showed such great form in the place of Bakkies Botha, has extended his contract with the Bulls until the end of 2012.
In related news it is mentioned that the Bulls have recently also acquired the services of Juandre Kruger from English Premiership side, Northhampton Saints. His contract will be till the end of 2013.
It seems that the Bulls are planning and executing well to attempt to find replacements for the likely event that Victor Matfield and Bakkies Botha retires and or leaves the Bulls after the 2011 World Cup.
Ian Schwartz also confirmed that the Bulls defence coach, John MacFarland and Bulls forwards coach, Johann van Graan have extended their contracts with the Union.
Once again the professionalism and early proper planning should be an example to other SA Franchises and teams world wide on how to manage a team properly.

Is McFarland doing something? I am surprised that they gave him more time. Al the other signings is fine. But i doubt McFarlane loyalty. Would love to be proven wrong.
Good to see the Bully boys have got some forward planning.. Thats what happens when things are run like a business and not a home affairs institution..
