This initiave was launched by the daughter of one of the bloggers on Sharksworld. Most of us are passionate about the plight of our rhinos.
Mission Rhino is a non-profit organisation (Registration number 1040-2010) based in South Africa dedicated to preserving both the black and white African Rhino. High Heels 4 Horns is the Summerheat charity which supports Mission Rhino. All Finalist in each province also run a charity event together to raise funds, but Mila wanted to do something extra to try and raise funds.
The majority of African rhino horns are now headed for traditional medicine markets in China and Vietnam. There had been a similar increase in illegal rhino horn movement from Nepal and India during the same time period.
Despite China being a signatory to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) and banning trade in rhinoceros horn and its derivatives in 1993, current rhino poaching levels suggest that the use of rhino horn continues unabated in traditional medicine markets.
Please can we ask you to support Mila’s charity drive and to try and make a difference by joining her Superbru Pool. We ask for a minimum donation of R30 per player, but you are welcome to make a larger donation if you wish! Thank you so much for the people who has joined and donated already!

I hope that one day the groups for rhinos combine, at this stage if i support all i would donate half my salary. People must get together. I live in Hoedspruit and this area alone have big events supporting rhino conservation.

Thanks to all who is assiting in promoting this drive! And thanks so much for the warm welcome!!
I see that Lyndon Bray has admitted that the penalty try awarded against the Stormers was incorrectly awarded, there was a knock on.
Mysteriously, when the TMO was evaluating the footage the one camera angle which showed a knock on clearly was not provided to the TMO by Fox Sports who were the broadcasters of the event.
