7 @ Spooony: Dejan Greyling and Werner Kruger happened. But don’t tell the Bulls supporters that their props wouldn’t even make the Stormers side.

Alberts is wasted at lock………………..he should be at 8 with Sykes at 4 and Kanko in Deben.

  • 11

    10 @ Loosehead:

Look we can never start this game without Alberts imo. So having him at lock is not a bad thing at all. We also have to neutralise them in the lineouts. The only was we will do that is playing Kanko at 8 and he has been sublime in that position the past two weeks, especially against the Bulls. Best game he has ever had. Our loosies are working well together. For now really no need to distrupt it.

My only concern is where is J. Marais? Thought he would be on the bench, as not sure if Sykes is match fit or even over his injury 100%.

  • 12

So Odwa will cover wing and fb it seems and Bosman covers fh and centre. Fine with that.

    @ Loosehead:
I hope they have some front rowers on that shopping list that they collected because piling up all the best backline talent is useless if your pack is not up to scratch.

But lets hear from Steve Walsh

On 33 mins: (to De Villiers whilst showing him his tattoo) – “Can you speak Mandirin, Jean? No? Then shut the f^$k up!”

On 51 mins: (to Hartley) – “Who produced The Flaming Lips second album? No, nothing?… … Yellow card.”

On 68 mins: (at the breakdown) – “England… leave it! I want to see if Spies will actually do anything if he is given the ball. Leave it!”

On 71 mins: (to Spies) – ‘Take that f$%king headband off your head son. You’re not fooling anyone. What are you pretending to be? Someone hard? We all know you haven’t been through a “thing”. You’ve just been standing two paces off the ruck pretending to look involved.”
