Carlos BrathGREAT!
(karma for the greedy, power hungry triad)
Well done West Indies and well played…King Carlos Brathwaite you wrote yourself into the tapestry of knock-out cricket greatness.
So glad that none of the BIG 3 didn’t win it,but the ICC better known as the Indian Cricket Council still made sure one of their own was made Player of the Tournament, that doos Virat Kohli…Dwayne Bravo or Badree were far more deserving of that IMHO.
Sweaty hands Ben Stokes was rated as one of the best death-bowlers in the comp according to the Pommie Sports channels,so what went wrong in that 6 6 6 6 final over I wonder???Poor guy looked shell-shocked after that…but hey look shit happens and we saw that with to us Steyn and Wiese too.
@ provincefan:
Virat was phenominal in this tournament, his record in chasing big scores is almost freakish. Definitely player of the series imo.
