En hoe sal die wedstryd nou onthou word, Nama?
@ The_Young_Turk: yes, again I agree. Pollard will get better with experience, as will our backline in general. This will be FdP’s last I’m pretty sure. AND then???? We always have a forward pack to match the big boys but our attack is seriously stereotyped and something we seem simply unable to shake out of. The LP’s are head and shoulders better (going on today’s performance vs ours yesterday).

Bannockburn has come to a halt, Robert the Bruce is alive and well, sitting atop his trusty steed (called Nicy St Urchin) and ready to go to battle!
@ grootblousmile: Howzit GB. Yes. You could see it plainly in their body-language throughout. They’re just getting better and better with every outing. Beware Oz. Be very ware. You don’t have automatic passage to the Final. Have to deal with the LP’s first and that ain’t gonna be easy. Can’t wait.
Congratulations to the Pumas, great win for them, and justifiably in the Semi’s.
Ireland, you disappointed me.
@ Just For Kicks: that might be the play but he still needs to jump over Hadrians Wall to win the Battle of Twickenham.

No worries about that Nicky St Urchin (Nicola Sturgeon) is already firmly ensconced under the safe hands of Big Ben, so Hadrians wall has become a mere stepping stone for this war-hardened horse
and apologies if I can’t finish beating my drum; but Willie was a liability yesterday. He worries the sh1t out of me with his lousy, consistently inaccurate(even mindless) kicking and his weakness fielding the high ball. Its a weakness which WILL be exploited by Carter and his crew next saturday. JP is not at the top of his game(yesterday) and our centre pairing is a work in progress. Huge talent certainly but that’s for the near future and not to be harvested in the now. That’s the sum total of what makes me nervous. On their day they are incredibly exciting. But those days are rare.
@ Just For Kicks: ha ha. But the proof of the black pudding is going to be in the scoffing. We’ll not have to wait too long to see how it tastes.

Willie is worse under a high ball than a pre-Jake Percy
He slaps the ball instead of trying to catch it, usually into the hands of the opposition
@ Just For Kicks: @ 213
haha
@ Tassies:Keep beating that drum!! Whilst I agree with all you say, I thought his general play was a bit better than it has been over the last few months – admittedly means that rock bottom means just being able to tie your own boot laces is a step up (his colour blindness allows us to forgive him and others not being able to wear boots of the same colour) – and to change him at this point for someone else would have ,ore of a negative effect. I don’t believe Lambie would be an improvement, starting, simply because he hasn’t had enough time there, and we know how Zane performed.
At this stage, as we have done for the last 4 years, we can only hope!
@ Tassies:
Fully agree.
When the AB’s kick, tactically that is, they refer to them as 28’s. A kick that goes +/- 28 metres. A kick that the kicker himself can collect. Vey much what Biggar did yesterday. Which shows that the Welsh did their homework on Willie.
@ Angostura:
224 @ Nama:
Frankryk & Argentinië is altyd in die mix kom die Wereldbeker.
Terloops ARG het IRE 4 maal in die Wereldbeker ontmoet, en hulle nou 3 keer geklop.
Dis wat ek sal onthou.
Go you good thing, Argentina 🙂
