Phweeew, a hard-fought win by the Springboks, by 5 points…
Only 1 try in the match, by the Bokke’s Malcolm Marx!
My nerves!!
Frans Steyn named Man Of The Match.
Springbok performances:
Worst Bokke on the day:
Jesse Kriel, followed by Herschell Jantjies
Best Bokke aspects:
Scrums were absoltely wonderful, masterful!
Lineouts were good and only got better.
The maul improved and eventually worked like a charm.
Worries:
Bokke dicipline will have to improve and they need to adapt much quicker to the referee interpretations.
Best Bokke players:
For me Kwagga Smith was great, Am was good, De Allende was good, Mapimpi was good, Frans Steyn was good. All Bokke frontrowers did exceptionally well!
OK, see you tomorrow!!
We have loadshedding from 22:00, so unfortunately I won’t be able to do the France game….
All Blacks remain No 1 in the World Rankings.
Watching a replay of second half as missed it but may fast forward it.
