Ja, I am soooooo moeg… I feel like a broken rubber!

This particular High Court case has been going on for over 3 years…. many different accused persons envolved. Very high profile case.

But as you know, I do not work for the State, so I am working for a Junior and Senior Council on behalf of 1 of the accused, challenging the Electronic Forensic Investigative work done by one of the State’s Experts…

Some very shoddy stuff done by the State’s Expert… and very poorly trained and qualified, even though he has the rank of a Luitenant Colonel in the Police.

The High Court Transcripts of the case (just what was said in Court) is already over 7 300 pages long…. and we have not even reached the end of the State’s Case yet…
