Another Welsh penalty, this one near the French 22…
Haven’t seen Rees-Zammit but their is a lot of hype around the youngster who has been scoring lots of tries for Gloucester
59 @ Bullscot:
Having watched quite a bit of the New Zealand domestic rugby since Covid allowed them to restart, as well as the 1st 2 Bledisloe Cup matches… these Northern Hemisphere sides are way behind the All Blacks and even the Wallabies…
Very untidy… seems much more disorganized… more errors.
Even the Bulls / Sharks match just before this one seemed much more fluid and with less errors.
He has just come on for 1/2 Penny interesting as he is a winger
Wales penalty on the 10m line… missed to the left of the posts.
@ grootblousmile:
Thought they were playing well during the first half considering the first test in a while
64 @ Bullscot:
Halfpenny must be getting on in years… seems like he has been there for yonks.
How old is Leigh Halfpenny by now?
66 @ Bullscot:
Did you watch any of the 2 Bledisloe Cup matches??
Try France, the Captain, Charles Ollivon!
Good play by du Pont set up the try
France 31 / 16 Wales

No I didn’t Gbs. Was surprised how close the first test was
12 Minutes to go
Try Nicky Smith
72 @ Bullscot:
You should have seen the quality of the 2 matches though… like oiled machines
France 31 / 21 Wales
@ grootblousmile:
Dave Rennie is a good coach Aus have appointed was surprised it didn’t go better with him at Glasgow. Think I saw some of one of the Norh v South Island games from New Zealand and their passing and handling was good.
Try Teddy Thomas, France!
Good try by Thomas
Game has come alive in the last 5 or 10 minutes
France 38 / 21 Wales
77 @ Bullscot:
Yes, I think Dave Rennie will be good for the Wallabies….
Good run down the left wing by Rees-Zammit
I think Rhys Patchell is a better distributor of the ball than Dan Biggar…
grootblousmile wrote:
Don’t know why Patchell hasn’t had more caps for Wales. One point in time he reminded me of Prince Harry
Seconds to go…
Game over…
85 @ Bullscot:
He does, hey… Prince Harry… hahaha
@ grootblousmile:
When Biggar first started he was very good all round then turned more into an up and under specialist under Warren Gatland who seemed to like the leather kicked off the ball
France (21) 38 / 21 (13) Wales (Final Score)
