– Overthrow at the lineout
– Skew lineout feed
– Carrying the ball over your own line, dotting dead and conceding a 5m scrum
– Losing your own 5m lineout
– Missing a sitter at goal
– Knocking with an open line begging
– Passing out to touch
– Last pass before a “try” forward

Had a rugby couch when I was very young who had an excellent cure for backline players who knocked balls or who did not pass well.
Made them come and play (during practice) right in the front row for a while, with instructions to opposition players to give a bit of special attention to that player to show him how hard forwards work for quality possession… very suddenly handling would improve ten-fold!
