Seconds to go…
Time is up on the clock…
Gosh don’t recall seeing NZ playing this poorly
It does help England that they are defending from way offside
England into the Final…
Well done England
England (10) 19 / 7 (0) New Zealand All Blacks (Final Score)
The world’s No 1 side, the All Blacks bow out…
England played like champs!
Poms! (Rolls eyes!)
12 Points win by England, very impressive…
Goodness, I did not expect this standard of play from England…
England played exactly the right game against the All Blacks and the All Blacks simply had no answers…
Well, we now know that the All Blacks cannot defend their crown and go for 3 Rugby World Cup wins in a row…
Commisserations to our friend, Cane…
Congr……..Con……..Congratu………
Feck it’s hard to say…..
I’ll try again.
Con………
Just a moment while I compose myself…………………………Phew.
Here we go.
Congratulations England.
A great win and 100% thoroughly deserved.
Best Team by a country mile.
Blue Bird will be whistling Sweet Low sweet chariot for a week after this.
Nigel the best Ref in the World. And most likely The Best that has ever been.

All good things come to an end Groot.
And hey, it is only a game right!
England should take the Rugby World Cup… on the basis of THIS performance…

So close, but yet so far, hey…
From the 1st kick-off England came out firing… and they kept it up all the way.
My Man Of The Match was Maro Itoje!
The 2 England flankers were monsterous… Curry and Underhill.
The England set pieces were almost flawless… lineouts they ruled supreme, scrums they had more than parity.
The scribes will be waxing lyricaaly about England and they will be very scathing about the All Blacks
@ grootblousmile:
Not even close Groot.
This is a very good All Black side.
But England were far better. In every department.
They beat one of Our best Teams ever, IMHO.
If Wales get through to the Final. They will murder them.
Only SA stop them.

Yeah, now our nerves as Springbok supporters will start to frizzle a bit…
Hope you will be supporting the Bokke tomorrow?

Condolences mate
@ BrumbiesBoy:
Thank you BB for your kind words.
We (NZ) have had a very good run during the Henry/Hanson era.
But it all came to an end this evening (NZ daylight saving time).
Positives:
– The Match was not destroyed by a Yellow or Red.
– The Referee’s had a good game (by and large). The shoulder charge on Reece, would in any other WC match so far, been a yellow at the least. And the forward pass, or whatever the feck it was in the maul by England would normally be a non-event.
– The best Team on the field won.
– The next Trio of the All Black Coaching Staff could be, Schmidt, Gatling and Joseph. ( not likely, almost impossible I know), but hey I’m looking for positives.
There is nothing I can whine about………………………………….We got done.
Good and proper.
Blue Bird will be whistling Sweet Low sweet chariot for a week after this.
“Swing Low Sweet Chariot, coming for to carry me home” !!! 🙂
Well what a funny old morning….. I did NOT expect that result, but I’ll take it.
Cane, your boys are SOOO used to walking all over the rest of the world, this is a turn up for the books. However, it has to be said. New Zealand is frankly a teeny country and the fact that it lords it over the rest of the world with its rugby prowess is rather impressive. Luckily today their super powers slipped a teeny bit!!! 🙂
Nigel the best Ref in the World. And most likely The Best that has ever been. – Even if he has a very annoying accent!! 🙂
