That said,…………………….. nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing a humble Eddie Jones. ( well actually many things give me more pleasure but you get the point).
Go The Bokke.
And I don’t say that often, I can assure you.
😀
Goooooooo Bokke, make it 3 – ZIPPPP!!
Players already out on the field.
England Athem up now!
Now for the SA Anthem.
Anthems all done and dusted…
Game ON!
Kick-Off by the Springboks!
Weather and the field is wet, wet, wet… at Newlands!
Lots of kicking and up-and-unders to start with.
Bokke penalty… shot at goal for Jantjies.
Wind also a problem… bal has to be held…
Missed by Jantjies.
Bokke penalty again, this time deep inside their own half.
England penalty against Chiliboy Ralepelle… slowing it down… on about the Bokke 10m line.
Springboks 0 / 3 England
England penalty, deep in their own 22..
England knock, on the Bokke 10m line…
Slippery conditions, to say the least.
Reset scrum…
May saves England with superb play…
England penalty on the Bokke 22… against Chiliboy again… shot it is!
Springboks 0 / 6 England
Soapy, sloppy game…
Mike Brown knocks, just on the England side of halfway.
Bokke penalty advantage… and penalty, off feet….
In front, 30m out…. shot it is.
Springboks 3 / 6 England

2d Half ON!
Come on Boks!
Seems a close game Gbs, conditions can’t be helping. Ironic the choices at flyhalf for both teams considering the weather, it looks tailor made for Farrell at flyhalf for England and probably more suited to Pollard to dictate with the boot for the Boks
England penalty… slotted…
Springboks 3 / 9 England
Apart from the second row the Boks bench looks better to me than England’s. Question is when is the best time for Rassie to bring them on.
Try Jesse Kriel, from a clever stab-through by Warrick Gelant!
