… and what a good Friday it is indeed…

A new generation of Geldenhuys’s was introduced to the world, I became a grandfather for the first time to a beautiful and perfect little boy, Emrys Gerald Geldenhuys!

My son Adriaan and his extremely brave and wonderful other half, Liezel, today at 03:53 was blessed with the arrival of a wonderful little bundle of joy, perfect in every way… a healthy 3.2kg son… so beautiful, wide awake snd pure.

Hello little Emrys Gerald Geldenhuys, you are loved already and will be loved forever!

The look of amazement in my son’s face, the fire of joy in his eyes and his gentle and considerate attitude throughout will stay with me for the rest of my life.

I am blessed

I am overjoyed

I am proud

The 2 pics on Facebook were the 1st ever 2 photos, so about half an hour later the little bit of swelling had eased… dang, what a stunning little fella… and as you know, they’re not normally pretty little critters!
