28 @ Bullscot:
Will indeed be interesting to see what the Teams do who also compete in the European Champions Cup as that tournament is more important than the PRO14, I would think.
2nd Half ON!
30 @ Bullscot:
The Kings look like the Wooden Spoon team in this season’s PRO14… but hey, they lost half or more of their players since Super Rugby… and on top of it the good ones!
Try Dragons, mauled over by the hooker again… Dee
Dragons 29 / 6 Kings
Dragons penalty, in front, outside the 22.
Kicked to the corner.
Kings win a ground ball penalty, under their own sticks, as Brock (Verbrokkel) Harris has to hold on…
@ grootblousmile:
Yes Champions Cup bigger than Pro14 not so sure what the priorities are for the Pro14 teams who are in the Challenge Cup
38 @ Bullscot:
In previous seasons, how have these teams managed the shuffle between the European Champions Cup and the PRO12 (at that stage) and / or the shuffle between the European Challenge Cup and PRO12?
Did they tend to rest players during the PRO12 in favour of the Champions Cup or Challenge Cup?
@ grootblousmile:
@33 I won’t criticize them they have had to overcome a lot so it’s good they are in the competition. Will see in their third year then will expect more. Must be tough for them to see one of their former stars Mapimpi scoring tries for fun for the Cheetahs
Kings easy penalty, they shun the easy points and kick to the corner!
Tryyyyy Andisa Ntsila, Kings!
Dragons 29 / 13 Kings
@ grootblousmile:
Things have changed a bit in the last few seasons with fewer Pro12 teams guaranteed Champions Cup rugby. In the past the other leagues would accuse them of being able to rest their players for big chunks of the Pro12 as they were guaranteed more Champions Cup level (the old Heineken Cup) rugby. Now they have to end in a certain place in the league to be able to qualify for the next season ere is a feeling they have to try and prioritise both almost equally well. Still though would think Champions Cup got higher priority than Pro12 ones unless the team was in a hopeless position in their Champions Cup pool. Unless it’s a knockout stage Challenge Cup game I would say generally Pro12 would have been getting priority for those teams.
Big Kings scrum… penalty!

Nice. Not seen him yet but have heard Ntsila is promising
Henson with another shot at posts… missed to the left.
Banda knocks yet another up and under receipt…
A player each side sent off with Yellow Cards… props… they have been warned at the scrum already.
3 Minutes to go…
Dragons penalty, in front on the 22, against Rossouw de Klerk.
Game over!
