Hope it’s a good one, that game will truly test the coaching ability of Judas. Many new players but still quite a few experienced ones in there for England as well. Will be keen to hear how the 18 year old flanker Tom Curry does for England have heard a lot of good things about him.
@ superBul:
@157 looking good for England. They can win the cricket but not the football
the rain returns and the players are going off… What an anti-climax. England are currently 40 runs ahead of the DLS par score of 200 for 4 and Australia’s soggy stay at the Champions Trophy looks about to end, one way or another.
This is torture Scotland are out playing England but you can just see England getting lucky and scoring a goal against the run of play
@ Bullscot:
See on Cricinfo
This match between two old rivals looks to be fizzling out – but there’s stramash with a bit of history currently going on at Hampden Park. You can follow Scotland v England (and the other World Cup qualifiers) over at ESPNFC.
Ahh no Oxlaide-Chamberlain scoresfor England 1/0 he has only been on for about 5 minutes
@ superBul:
Hi superBul yeah watching this football annoyed to see a player I support at club level scoring against us. Just said to wife when he came on watch him score he is better than the guy who he replaced
Showing a replay of England goal he nutmegged Scott Brown and another Scotland player in the process of scoring a good goal
Only two minutes of normal time left Azerbaijan doing well at home against Norhern Ireland still nil all
Match abandoned, England win by 40 runs on DLS, it’s all over at Edgbaston – which means Bangladesh are in last four! Break out the, er, soda water in downtown Dhanmondi, the Tigers have roared past Australia into the semi-finals
85th minute free kick Scotland COME ON SCOTLAND!
Leigh Griffiths scores great free kick! 1 all
And Northern Ireland score as well against Azerbaijan with only a few minutes left there
Another Leigh Griffiths free kick 2/1 to Scotland!!!
And there I was saying the coach should replace Griffiths for a proper striker cone on Scotland free kick England less than two minutes left
England messed up free kick but Harry Kane scores a bit later for England 2/2
Final score Scotland 2/2 England. Would have taken a draw before the game and even at Halftime but when Scotland went ahead with about two minutes left really disappointed …
I put it there
