Hou manne Hou!
Jantjies will go for goal…
Time is up on the clock!
Incredibly, the Boks manage to sneak this one.
Overrrr!
Springboks 32 / 26 Ireland
Finally a win!
What a second half turn-around!
I feel a bit like Toetie! At least the Boks have not sunk any lower. There is still some pride in the jersy!
Bonus point win for the Boks what were you folk so concerned about most of the game
Springboks (3) 32 / 26 (19) Ireland (Final Score)
Bokke won the 2nd half by 29 / 7
Jeez, from absolutely abysmal in the 1st half to sublime at times in the 2nd half…
Done and dusted I think.
Now if Alastair doesn’t know what to do going forward then I dunno.
Alastair does look both relieved and stressed in the box. Maybe even dazed.
Lets look forward to the post match interviews.
We now know Kolisi, Mvovo, Malherbe, Beast… and even Duane Vermeulen is NOT the answer anymore.
Well done Ruan Combrinck, Warren Whiteley, Franco Mostert, Julian Redelinghuys and old Trevor Nyakane!
Most of those who really shined, Emirates Lions players!!
Bloody hell, coming back from 16 points down at halftime to win by 6 points, is massive!
MOTM right choice.
Combrink MOTM with only 40 mins under the belt.
Lions players made all the difference. Get rid of the old wood and build a new team around a Lions core.
Tomorrow night late, we will have the Test in Argentina btween Los Pumas vs France!
Well done Ruan Combrinck!!

Tjorts Gobbles… nice as always to have you here on R-T!!
I think heart and passion did it for the Bokke in the 2nd half… and those Emirates Lions replacement players have that in spades!
Vodkaaaaa!!
@ grootblousmile:
couldn’t agree more GB. They all made a massive difference. Even Damian upped his game when the replacements came on. Ditto Willie although I’d still look at alternatives at FB.
Dreadful players for the Springboks today was Frans Malherbe, Siya Kolisi and Beast Mtawarira…
At least Willie le Roux en Damian de Allende improved from dismal to very good in the second half…
Take the dead wood and cut them, coach!!
Nick Mallett is right, Jaco Kriel and Malcolm Marx would enhance the Bokke side…
Jaco Kriel on as clindside starting flanker… Malcolm Marx as impact hooker, off the bench.
Combrinck MUST start on the wing.. it is essential!
Unfortunately for Malcolm Marx & Jaco Kriel, they do not fit in with transformation objectives… and neither does Ruan Combrinck…
It the Springboks want to win, if they need rejuvenation… and they do… then these players need to play, to hell with targets and shit like that!
Things the Bokke MUST also work hard on…
Kick-off receipts and better exit plans from the kick-off receipts.
Scrums
Maul defence
Midfield defence
Tactical efficiency and overall tactical game approach
Dicipline
OK folks… my food is not going to make itself…
See ya… have a good one!
