Good rugby so far.
Good NZ derby so far. Not the best rugby technically, but good, solid rugby. Almost test match intensity. What a contrast in quality to last night’s game between the King’s and Jaguares.
Half time and it’s still anyone’s game.
32 @ Lion4ever:
Hey, our Power is back on!!!
I am ready to take over from you!
Just exit the EDIT WINDOW and I can take over!
Thanks so much for the help!
An intriguing second half about to begin. Deep kick by Crusaders, and obstruction again by Blues. Mo’unga opts to go for the points and misses.
Handing over batton, GBS.
35 @ Lion4ever:
Thanks again… nice to know I can count on my friends!!
Any time. Will gladly help if I am able.
Possible try Nadolo. Checking grounding.
TMO asked if the Saders scored…
No try. Penalty right in front. Blues slowing ball down. Mo’unga should go for posts and does. 15-13
No try, but Richie Mo’unga slots a penalty for the Saders.
Blues 15 / 13 Crusaders
Ellis replaces Drummond. Should see some fireworks now from the Crusaders.
Blues penalty, should be easy enough to slot, 8 m or so outside the Saders 22… relatively straight.
Nadolo is having a monster game!!! He is very energetic for such a big man.
Blues 18 / 13 Crusaders
If the Blues carry on like this my Superbru will be totally messed up. 1 from 3 yesterday. Can’t afford another slip up.
44 @ Lion4ever:
Yip, he is a monster… and also kicks to goal well!
46 @ Lion4ever:
Same here… hahaha
… But I think we’re not alone in our quandry!
@ grootblousmile: Almost the complete player. Brings a lot more to the table than a lot of other big wingers.
49 @ Lion4ever:
He has nice soft, deft hands in the offloads too… like you say, almost the complete player!
Blues playing surprizingly well… and their tails are up… will take a huge effort from the Saders to win this one.
@ grootblousmile:Leading in 3 pools. If I slip up this weekend, I will drop a couple of places in our pool. Could slip to 2 in the church pool. Not sure about the other one.
Saders turnover scrum on halfway, held the Blues player up, ball and all.
Gardner has reffed pretty well. He has controlled the game, scrums have generally been well managed.
52 @ Lion4ever:
My Bru is rather pityful… too much building work and personal stuff going on in my life, usually just picking within a few seconds… just to get the picks in!
@ grootblousmile: Shows how strong the NZ pool is. 5 beating 2. What a try by Ellis.
Try Andy Ellis, Saders… after a massive break by Fonotia!
Blues 18 / 20 Crusaders
56 @ Lion4ever:
Yeah… I was almost glad the Waratahs beat the Chiefs yesterday… just to somehow peg the New Zealand Conference back a bit.
I am by no means a Waratahs supporter, far from it… they are very far down my pecking order.
Saders penalty… great work by Kieran Fonotia again for the Saders!
