Brumbies penalty, well in their own half…. they do not find touch, but Dagg kicks the ball dead, so scrum wayyyy back in Saders territory, on the 22.
7 Minutes left to play.
Brumbies busy copping a heavy beating here today at home!
Saders should easily get the bonus point win here, they are 4 tries to the good at the moment
2 Minutes to go in the game, Brumbies scrum, 10m out
Almost a try for Fardy… centimetres out
Brumbies penalty, smack bang in front, 5m out… tap and go.
Super Saders defence… hooter goes!
Saders penalty, 5m from their own line… holding on!
They kick out, game over!
Final Score: Brumbies (7) 14 / 40 (26) Crusaders
OK, that was Round 9 of Super Rugby 2016!

Sorry, signal problems earlier. Yeah, for me it all started when we lost to Peyper & Jonk…sorry…I mean the Stormers at Newlands, coupled with the off field problems involving the CEO.
This doesn’t make for good reading 🙁

It is news on all sites in SA.
Our emotionally unstable minister has sent a clear message. What he does not understand that he cannot undone what he did today.
For success stay away from emotionally unstable goverments.
Nothing new there
This is what the message yesterday should have been:
Filipe Luis said a ‘team-first’ ethic had helped Atletico level the playing field.
“We don’t have a megastar, we have a team where everyone runs, everyone fights for the player next to them, and that makes us stronger,” he added.
“The team thinks a lot collectively, nobody thinks individually, that’s the most positive things that we have.
But our emotionally unstable minister announced himself as the supersar.
This is what a superstar is supposed to do:
Filipe Luis said striker Antoine Griezmann, Atletico’s top scorer with 29 goals in all competitions, was a prime example of a player working for the team.
“His principal quality is his humility, he never puts himself ahead of the team.” added the Brazilian defender.
With Leicester City on the brink of winning the EPL, remember the words of Claudio Ranieri:
Let the supporters dream, the players will work hard and focus on the next game.
With our emotionally unstable minister he destroys the dreams of the supporters and focus on politics, not sport.
2023 bid timelines:
schedule is as follows:[3]
Date Event
14 May – 15 June 2015 Unions submit an expression of interest
3 July 2015 World Rugby confirms bidders
May 2016 World Rugby releases tender documentation
June 2016 Deadline for unions to confirm their intent to tender a bid
May 2017 Host for the 2023 Rugby World Cup is announced
The bidding process formally kicked off on 14 May 2015. World Rugby held a meeting with five potential Rugby World Cup 2023 hosts on 6 May 2015.
The 2015 events is past tense. SA is a confirmed bidder. The May 2016 event is relevant but will not be influenced by the ban.
The June 2016 becomes like D-day. As I understand the process SA cannot unconditionally confirm their bid. Maybe I am wrong.
48 @ dWeePer:
Hi dWeePer thanks for that time table was wondering when they said they would have a look at things next year again or something like that if it would be too late to bid anyway, so unless I have not understood the communication of things or there is a major U-turn can’t see SA being in the running for World Cup 2023.
@ dWeePer:
Wonder if it’s best following these announcements if SA just pulls out of the running for World Cup 2023 as who knows what damage has been done to the bid chances in the eyes of those who have to decide, not that I would expect anyone to openly come out and say it is because of the last few days events that they have decided to award the hosting of it to someone else but you know what I mean. May be best to save the money that would be spent, possibly for nothing, on the whole bidding process and use it for the players benefit. All the lobbying, promotional material that needs to be made, travel by the various officials etc will all mount up in costs.
