Hopefully zas gets an extended run at wing. He looks a real find.
@ grootblousmile: well, the mighty Vlek claims that his players have never worked so hard. But then they all say that don’t they. We find out the truth soon enough.
Stormers 10 / 3 Sharks
Final score was Ireland 58/15 Italy. 9 tries to Ireland 2 to Italy, who said 6 Nations was boring. CJ O’ Stander was the top player in terms of number of carriers in the game with 16. Enjoy the festival of rugby at Newlands
@ grootblousmile: goodness me. That’s brought some cheer. Off to top up that glass.
Relentless attack from the stormers that try has been coming the last 20 minutes
32 @ Tassies:
That’s what I have against the Bulls this year… they fell away badly against the Stormers in the 2nd half of their Round 1 game, then conceded 4 tries against the rubble of the Rebels in Round 2… a sure sign of poor conditioning!
Joe Pietersen misses a shot at goal from a penalty…
@ Bullscot: shouldn’t that read Ou Stander BS? Even if he can understand a wee bit of Gaelic, he’s still a boertjie at heart I’m sure.
Sharks scrum, deep in the Stormers half… for a little knock by Kameelperd
Stormers scrum… almost the same spot.
Reinach rips a ball from Schalla’s hands… gmpfff
Excellent steal by Nizaam Carr!!
Kak skop schalk
Knock by André Esterhuizen
Kolisi has been huge
@ grootblousmile: yes, I remember well that happening. Felt for you guys I tell you.
@ grootblousmile: kameelperd ❓
Lemoenetyd
Scalla, Carr, Kolisi. An interesting combination. Who’s the fetcher amongst this lot?
48 @ Tassies:
Kurt Coleman = Kameelperd

Sharks Stotmers . The Sharks Lock was plases as an obstruction not at tackle
How can they be penalised for this??
Evening Sports fans!
This year is totally going to be our year! 🙂
Few half-time pointers…
1.du Preez vuilgat…lucky not more than just a penalty…
2.Tough call against Frans in the scrums…
3.Zas showing us how it’s done.
4.Little Joe we won’t get over that you putting points against us and it hurts…
5.Proper contest this is…
6.Stormers looking SUPER fit,so PACE & more PACE came the 2nd half…
@ grootblousmile: I got that. But not the link. He’s not exactly scratching his cranium of door frames.
2nd Half ON!
@ Trevor J: Hullo. Welcome. Would you like to explain that post. Maybe switch off corrective spelling. 😆
@ provincefan: So what you’re saying is; Vlekkie wasn’t exaggerating about his players’ fitness levels.
56 @ Tassies:
He looks and acts ungainly… has a long neck… and is doff… so he reminds me of a Kameelperd!
