Ireland have been very dominant, scoring 12 of their points when Scotland’s Barclay was off the field on a yellow card, Scotland being penalized once too much for the ref who sent him off.
Stuart Hogg scored a super try completely against the run of play which meant for a short time Scotland were in the lead 10/9 after the conversion. If you haven’t seen the try then it is well worth looking for a replay somewhere.
Nothing much in it from Joe Tomane on Leyds… just a penalty in a better position to the Stormers

Only 8 points behind is a reasonable position for Scotland to be at half time considering the dominance of Ireland, one stat that shows this was the tackles made, Ireland made about 24 and Scotland in the 90s. Only problem for a long time has been that Scotland generally score more points in the first half of games than second halves so they will have to be very good to get anything out of this one.
