How’s this one, GBS…

On Monday I had to take my CrapBerry in for repairs; filled out all the documentation & supplied a contact number, email address etc.

They told me, “three to four working days” & sent me a quote early on Tuesday which was accepted straight away.

By lunchtime yesterday I thought the job should’ve long been finished and phoned to enquire.

“Oh yes sir, your phone’s been ready since the 24th, didn’t you get our SMS?”

Nor such a “Smart” cellphone repair this bunch…
