@ grootblousmile: what happened to that old adage : “the customer(tennant in this case) is always right”? 😡

  • 62

The Donald GBS Trump of Panneville – next president of RSA?

  • 63

    so…..game nicely poised.

  • 64

Too many simple errors at crucial times from both sides

  • 65

Good break, and excellent defensive tackle

  • 66

@ Just For Kicks: he’s got to go up against Julius for that spot.
    Good stuff Sexton. Actually brilliant.

  • 67

    Tired legs and more mistakes

  • 68

@ Just For Kicks: yes but still, given the conditions, great rugby from both sides.

  • 69

    Both sides excellent defensively

  • 70

    Wow, how many phases now?

  • 71

    An amazing passage of play.

  • 72

my goodness. This is quite intense on another level. Both attack and defence. Physio staff are going to have their work cut out tomorrow.

  • 73

Good kick. Wales looking the better side now.

  • 74

so…Ireland have to respond. Difficult because they must be buggered. But here come a pot at goal for Ireland.

  • 75

    Back to even stevens

  • 76

    how about that for BMT?

  • 77

Sexton has been brilliant. Off he goes. Work done. Typical bulldog attitude of an Irishman.

  • 78

Not one team has shown themselves to be above the rest in the 6N yet. Competition wide open.

  • 79

    CJ MOM. Nice one.

  • 80

Such a good match, no side giving an inch, and playing to the very end. Just how rugby should be. Well done both sides.

  • 81

    Cheers All.

  • 82

well, that was a fantastic exhibition of the game of rugby union. One of the best. I’m exhausted just watching. Well done to both teams.

Had another look today at the Proteas vs Pommies game in PE and it look like 3 of the 4 umpire/DRS calls against us were wrong…

The lbw on Duminy that went legside, but we couldn’t review it as we none left…

    Rilee’s dismissal…

QdK’s lbw that was pitched outside and yet hawk-eye shows it as pitched just inside…

We’ll accept that there are days that you’ll have the odd mistake which is a given, but 3 glaring ones makes it both terrible and unprofessional. Can see the BCCI’s stance on it though.Still the game is done and dusted, but I thought I’ll get this off my chest having looked at it again.

Proteas are just poorly coached,we have good players that lack confidence which is BMT,but having a coach like Domingo who is clueless and sips from the gravy train makes our situation worse and hence everyone else has just gone absolute silent because there is no leadership forth coming.Faf ‘s gone quiet,Hash and AB are not loud at all,QdK the same,no noise…Could so very easily have turned sour for the Poms had it not been for master-blaster Jos Butler.See we don’t have that guy in the middle order that can blast it away for us and not get out,do we???

No one with a bulldog attitude in this side,Dale Steyn perhaps the only one with mongrel, but is out injured and sorely missed just for his attitude alone. At the moment too many sissies in that side that looks like strangers that’s just coming together for the 1st time…hence far too awkward and far too quiet…We need a proper coach that can install the fire in the belly.

The ironic thing is, if CJ played for the Boks this weekend he would have been widely criticized for playing “stampkar”.

    85 @ MacroPolo:
Hi Macro he looked to very involved in the game and I thought he was used quite often as first receiver to carry the ball up which he did strongly and helped Ireland go forward, whether he was worth man of the match I don’t know as was out for part of 2nd half.

    @ MacroPolo:
Ag no, just typed a whole lot of match stats but when I hit the button to submit they disappeared really annoying me now, not sure what is wrong it says connection lost etc. Anyway for me they show CJ carried more often but gained less ground than Heaslip and made fewer tackles, although he did win that lineout steal. I know stats don’t always tell the whole story.
