I have to say, I found the nomination of Schalla as MoM very strange. I thought he did not have a particularly good game despite the amount of carries he had. He was quite ineffective imo. At one stage they showed his stats which indicated that he carried the ball 22 times for something like 46 metres. That’s 2m on average per carry. Barely crossing the advantage line.
De Allende or FdP would’ve been a much better choice.

Agree on strange MOM decision. Problem I have is the lack of game plan. Steal obviously told to just simply keep hitting it up – every other team knows this, when you can see what the oppositions plan is to counter this, there is no change in our game plan. We just continue with the bull headed plan and make it very easy for the opposition. Your match stat seems to show that quite clearly.

Next week could be a long day for us. The AB’s change the angle of attack so quickly and their skills are superior to what the Boks can offer.
As I said earlier, for us to progress further will be a massive upset.
