419: wie moet ons nuwe bokafrigter wees?

  • 422

    @ cane:
Congratulations on your team’s win cane. They have shown several times they can win pretty, today they showed they can win ugly too if they need to. Should be favourites to win the Cup. Was interested to see deep into the game your starting locks were still playing did they both play to the end? A lot of stamina from them if they did, don’t think you see both starting locks on at the end of games much these days.

Sover ek weet gaan Meyer aanbly.

My keuse sal wees John Mitchell maar as hulle n local wil kies is Allister Coetzee of Ackerman seker maar die beste.

    Wat het hy al gewen?

Onthou, ‘n Kerriebeker tel nie. Dis wat almal gese het toe AC se naam in die hoed was om vir PdV op te volg na 2011. Happy

  • 431

  • 433

Congratulations to the All Blacks and their fans (old and new).

    Well done.

  • 434

    @ smallies:

Onthou dat Swys by die Sharks was in die tyd toe hulle so suksesvol was. Hy’t saam met Straueli Leeus toe gekom as ek reg kan onthou.

Swys by die Sharks …goeie resultate.
Swys weg by die Sharks… kak resultate

Swys by die Leeus… goeie resultate.

I was at Ellis Park that day when Gert Smal knocked down Gary Knight. You do not want Gert to moer you:-)

    Wat van Gary Gold?

    Hy gaan binnekort beskikbaar wees?

  • 438

  • 439

    Springboks not disgraced though… (GBS @ 357)

    Brave Bokke: (ango @ 363)

Is that what Bok rugby has come to? As Bok supporters we should be satisfied that at least we were not “disgraced”? We should hail the team as being “brave” after a loss against the old foe?

I’m sorry! The biggest problem in this Bok team is the coach and I don’t see people calling it as it is.

    #Heyneke must fall.

    Grap vannie dag. Overjoy Overjoy

    438 @ Victoriabok:

FdP se wangbeen lyk of dit gekraak is.
Jannie en Bissie is gatvol vir alles, lyk dit my.
    Pollard is pateties.
    Willie is useless.

Could Richie McCaw face disciplinary hearing?:
Richie McCaw could miss the World Cup final if he is deemed to have deliberately elbowed Francois Louw in New Zealand’s 20-18 victory over South Africa.

The All Blacks captain appeared to strike Louw on the forehead 20 minutes into Saturday’s last four showdown at Twickenham, sending the openside flanker reeling with a blow that could potentially be referred by the citing officer.

Louw finished the match with two wounds to his forehead requiring a total of 20 stitches. When asked how he incurred the cuts, the Bath flanker said: “I’m not sure, I think it was at the bottom of a ruck”.

Striking with the elbow — which falls under law 10.4a of dangerous play and misconduct — has a low end sanction of a two-week suspension.

The citing officer has up to 36 hours after the match has ended to lodge a complaint, setting 6am on Monday morning as the deadline.
    (from PA SPORT)

  • 442

Didn’t look good seeing Louw going off for treatment with all that blood streaming from his face, played really well in spite of that although he had the HIA done if it was a big blow to his head.

    @ Nama:

My indruk is dat baie Kiwis hom nogal hoog rate.

  • 445

    Well done AB’s.

If we managed to win this game 21-20 with another penalty it would have been declared the greatest Bok victory.

For the game to ensure future growth and tap into the Japanese and US market it needs tries and creativity.

Winning a game when the opponent has scored 2 tries to nul is just not right.

  • 446

@ Jeraldjay: agree with you absolutely on that score. Boks played well and bravely but were ultimately the second best team. So NZ deserved to win yesterday. Period.

  • 447

Congrats to the All Blacks and their suppoerters here.

Our game plan just rubbish no intellengence at all. What I would have done to have Frans Steyn at fullback yesterday. His clearance kicks would have gained us so much ground and put us out our half. We were totally pinned back in our half almost all game and kept us defending just about all game long stuck in our half. Sorry to say but Pollards has no tactical kicking brain at all. Or its coached out of him have no idea. We needed a brilliant tactical kicker yesterday as Fourie too was off his game I thought. Probably Lambie should have been brought on after the half. As it was he was never going to get game time until Pollaed got injured but he should have come on in the 2nd half his tatical kicking is superb.

We might have sneaked a win if Victor never got our penalty reversed but ABs scoring 2 tries to our nil just would not seem right. Everyone putting the blame on Lood for missing that tackle that gave them a try but it was Willie out of position that mainly allowed that to happen.

Maybe next year we try out Jesse at FB and that Lions 13 at 13 that played yeaterday.mif Meyer stays on as coach we just going to go back firther and further if he does not bring in some help. We too one dimentional any can read our game.

Again well done All Blacks. Boks losing by 2 hurts more than if we got thrashed.

Carter still the best FH in the world and ABs already have a good replacement because they give their players plenty game time and not keep them on the bench.

If i was Pollard iI would make my way to the Lions OOr return back to Stormers where both teams play a far more attacking game that will suit him and he will learn more there about getting his twctical game to work. He will stagnate at the Bulls I feel.
