Great performance Los Pumas!!!
Los Pumas 40 / 20 Ireland
what a game!!
And Los Pumas bury the Irish dreams with a great try! Game over and we are going to have a repeat of the RC for the WC.
Nice one Pumas. Great for Pumas, definitely deserve to be in the semi’s with this play – thank heavens we are not playing them next week!!!
181 @ Angostura:
Hahahaha
YIP!
It is now starting to be a bit of a humiliation
Argies now even shagging each other on the field instead of waiting for the changing room…
6 Minutes to go….
20 point humiliation for the Irish
Late tackle on Cordero… by Earls
Los Pumas 43 / 20 Ireland
Los Pumas rubbing salt in the wounds, adding another 3 to stretch the gap to 23.
Los Pumas now 4 scores out… 2 and a half minutes to go
Ireland penalty… quick tap and go
Ireland penalty, 10m out… tap and go
@ Just For Kicks:
No.
About the pub getting a bit more crowded now.
A Scot will join them later.
Of the 3 QF matches featuring NZ, SA and Argentina, the Boks have looked by far the weakest.
Another ireland penalty, 5m out.
TMO asked to check for foul play
Game over!
On today’s performance, and throughout the WC in general, if I were an Aussie I would be nervous.
They will go at it hammer and tongs next weekend.
Congrats Los Pumas! Well deserved.
Final Score: Argentinian Los Pumas (20) 43 / 20 (10) Ireland
With the Bokke win yesterday, coupled to the Wales and now Ireland loss, the Bokke will be back to No 3 in the World Rugby rankings now.
Argies might move up from No 6 to 4 or 5 too!
55 Minutes to go till the last Quarterfinal match, between the Wallabies vs Scotland.
Scotland the last Northern Hemisphere side left standing.
An Englishman, Welshman and Irishman walks into a bar…
The Scotsman will join them A LITTLE BIT later…
Hehehe
@ The_Young_Turk: I am afraid you are absolutely right on that observation. Some might say; our Boks will raise their game. But I can’t see that happening from the low base we’re required to start from. You guys can nail me for this; but I really don’t think we’d beat the Los Pumas if we were to play them next saturday instead of the ABies.
Who would’ve thought that Scotland would be the last NH rugby nation standing … (at least for a wee while 🙂 )?
207 @ Tassies:
The belief-factor in this Los Pumas side is now on an all-time high!
@ Tassies:
How the Boks are playing now, you are absolutely right to say we would have lost to the Pumas today. But there is tremendous room for improvement and the Boks have not reached their full potential yet.
