So, Scotland the first team to go through to the Semi’s?

Think all the teams making up the British isles will progress, except the main honcho and host

JdV coming home with Jan Serfontein to replace him.

Serfontein struggles to make the run on team at the Bulls!

    Any thoughts?

Will certainly change the interest if they go out – which would be very sad, because there is a great buzz around the British Isles at the moment, not as big as the Olympics, but the feel good factor is definitely there. Something only sport can do.

    Yes. Email.

Really nice to see a kid so chuffed to be leading out the teams.

  • 156

Good to see we aren’t the only OAPs at the WC. Ireland has the oldest average aged team in WC history playing in this game

  • 157

Bollocks. I’m on the wrong thread again

    @ Just For Kicks:
    Hahaha…

See one of the kids predicts Ire to win by 1 000 – 0. Overjoy

Posed the same question on the Bok thread.

Feel sorry for Lood, because now we all know the 1st choice captain will start every game, so Lood is stuck on the bench

Lood had a very good game when he came on yesterday

    @ Just For Kicks:
He has only had good games since his comeback.

He was the only player against Japan who could hold his head high.

Where was Oupa in that game? To dominate the Samoan line out isn’t really an achievement, we continued dominating even after he went off for his afternoon nap

  • 163

    @ nortie:
What Lock wouldn’t have dominated the Samoan lineout, the looses were dominating the Samoan join out, in fact, if there was a lock that didn’t dominate the Samoan line out, he shouldn’t be at the WC

  • 164

@ nortie:Also, if you get to see the match again, have a look where the ball was when Oupa caught it. Right in his bread basket.

Strauss is good with aiming and taking into account the Zimmer frame

Now we know why Bissie was dropped, pump by die dam dam isn’t to flash at maths and equations

  • 166

@ nortie: In fact, I’d go so far as to say that it should be the lifters who should get the credit. They put Oupa in such a position that he couldn’t miss the ball!

Romanians think this is a fashion show. Fruity tops and sparkly shorts.

  • 179

    @ Just For Kicks:
Wonder if Craig forgot his yellow card in the hotel?

  • 180

@ nortie:Nah,he’s just being dazzled by those shorts
