    There days whenever there is a scrum, there is a good chance that there will be a penalty, and a lot of the time it could go either way…

    Whenever I see a the Joel Stransky drop kick from the 1995 world cup, I can’t help but wonder, if that game was played today, there is a very good chance that the game could have been decided by a penalty kick to the springboks, or it could have been a penalty (and the world cup) to the All Blacks… could honestly go either way.

    World Rugby really needs to sort out these scrums, it is doing irreparable damage to the sport IMO.
