    144 @ Pietman:

  • 153

    Then polly shows his beauty

  • 154

    Try Cobus Reinach, Bokke

    152 @ Pietman:
Hy ken van moan, dis verseker!

Sal nou nie juis dieselfde van sy rugbykennis kan sê nie, dis ook verseker!

Ek sien hom nooit hier bedags nie Wink

  • 158

The ONE player in the World XV backline to have impressed me is Maxime Mermoz!

  • 159

JDV, Lambie en Reinach lyk goed vir ouens wat eers beseer was.

  • 160

    @ grootblousmile:
Ek het julle ouens begin van die jaar gese hy gaan n troefkaart wees, die Ysterman van Ysterplaat!

  • 168

Ek sou selfs sê vir die bietjie tyd wat Lambie op was, was hy beter as Pollard… ook beter pale toe.

  • 169

Sjoe, klomp ouens hande opgesteek, sal moet sien wie kies HM en wie los hy uit.

  • 170

Die Ellendeling het n puik wedstryd gehad… Kriel ook heel goed.

  • 171

    The Bokke:
    Standout Back: De Allende
    Standout Forward: M Coetsee
Rookie that showed he belongs: Kriel
    &
both Bok tightheads performed well …

I am satisfied with the game overall.

    1. Although Willie le Roux scored a hatrick of tries, he was very, very inconsistent today, and bad in the tackles.
    2. Surely we have better than JP Pietersen on the wing!
    3. The 2 starting centres did well, specially Damian de Allende… and their play together was inspiring. Old crock, Jean de Villiers looked good but he needs to work on getting his speed back up to where it belongs.
    4. Bryan Habana showed some glimpses of former glory… but is aging and we’ll have to find a replacement for him for next year.
    5. Pollard simply not good enough to posts but in general play he was good. Lambie had a very satisfying return to rugby.
    6. Ruan Pienaar cleared quickly and well today. Cobus Reinach looked fresh and ready to rock and roll.
    7. Whiteley was OK, but not great. Schalla’s linking and passing play was top drawer!
    8. Both Flanker were great today, but Marcell Coetzee was simply sublime!
    9. Victor & Eben worked hard, Eben was busy.
    10. Jannie was busier than normal, but I’d go for Frans Malherbe & Vincent Koch at tighthead.
    11. Bissie was ‘n monster and clearly up for the international season, and Adriaan Strauss was also industrious.
    12. Beast was very quiet, Trevor was better.

    @ grootblousmile:
    Agreed. (looking around nervously)

  • 175

Wanneer verklein HM sy groep ?

Dit help mos nou niks as die ekstra 15 spelers by die bokke rondhang as hul by hul unies kan oefen vir die CB nie ?

Hoeveel spelers gaan Aus toe ?

  • 176

    174 @ Stormersboy:
Pretoria agrees so well with you, Mr S.

You have grown as a person…. hehehe

    Happy-Grin

  • 177

    175 @ grootblousmile:
Sal seker net 31 of 33 na Aussie toe gaan.. so ons kan verwag die span sal gesny word vanaand of more….

  • 178

Congratulations to the Springboks & all their supporters…roll on Brisbane!
    Delicious

  • 179

This match answered a few questions for HM and he’ll be happy with that.
Duane’s powerhouse presence was missed – Whiteley wasn’t able to impose imself.
JDV got through what he had to,
Damian should be the starting 12 and he may just have a new Bok centre pairing – lets see how this goes.
Koch wants to play – Jannie got off lightly – should be buying Bakkies’s beers tonight.

For the World XV, not many players impressed… Maxime Mermoz at No 12 stands out, Bakkies was all heart and passion in the 1st half.

    David Smith tried hard.

The starting scrummie, Burgess was piss poor, and Maxime Machenaud made a big difference when he came on.

Flip van der Merwe tried hard…

Criag Burden had a few moments… far too few though.
