Over to the Rebels / Reds thread!

He did, and we did comment on it and it was poor form.
I agree with you, didn’t look good at all
Coleman looks more of a threat than the Greek.
I don’t think there much to chose between the nines.
183 @ gunther:
Both Scrumhalves are uber shit!
@ robzim:
Thx..with a friend at the mo…got knocked of his bike early morning by a blind woman driver! Some serious injuries…his third time. You might know him, Christo Barnard, our GP in Gbay?
@ Pietman:
I do not know him but I hope he recovers soon. The roads are a bit of a minefield for cyclists, hardly a week goes past without someone getting killed or maimed.
Bad luck stommirs. Appears to have been a good fightback.

He might be And probably is… Would He make It in the starting team for a nz franchise though?
188 @ MacroBull:
He would… but by now they would have taught him a better passing and offloading game too.
@ grootblousmile:
He has to potential too.
But that’s the benchmark for now.
190 @ MacroBull:
His defence and defensive alignment needs work though
Look, Damian is not the complete player as yet.. but he certainly has all the attributes to become one and that includes his off loading and defense (as he has showed in the past). He also has a very good boot. The fact that he plays outside a very average half back pair does not make it any easier for him at the moment.
192 @ robzim:
Yeah, playing next to a sub-standard halfback pairing does him no favours.
I just find it ironic that we are praising him for being the best at stampkar.
Especially since the bulls and even springboks have been accused of playing boring stampkar rugby over the last decade.
192 @ robzim:
Hi robzim, yip according to The Rugby Net Damian de Allende was the 2nd best centre of Super Rugby this season going into this weekends round of matches, so he must be having a good season: http://www.rugby.net/s/AjkXKoVM2mW
@ Bullscot:
cant disagree that Damien is having a great season.
However in no way is SP Marais having a great season.
Those ratings are extremely skewed according to game time as well, though I think it will even out as the round robin ends. Damien has only missed 9/560 minutes this season, while SP Marais spent 23/560 minutes off the field.

The video below shows a high tackle straight to the neck by Kolbie, haven’t seen any reference to that ‘tackle’ so far

It begs some questions:
1. Is he considered a player who may be held accountable for his actions by the NZ & Aus Refs?
(he IS on a Midgets Protection plan by SARU)
2. where was Nama to explain the infraction?
