13 Minutes left to play, the deficit is also 13.
My Bru pick was Highlanders by 14… so I hope the score stays put!
Couple of quick penalties for the Blues…
Landers steal the Blues lineout
7 Minutes to go and some good, urgent counter-rucking by the Landers… earns them a turnover scrum.
Blues now push the Landers off their own ruck ball… same as what the Landers just did to them!
The Highlanders, Chiefs and Hurricanes will now all be right on the Top of the Log Points…
Blues penalty, 7m out!
Tap and go….
Try Mealamu again!
TMO
Fark, it looks like it COULD be short…
Try is awarded… a bit dodgy, I would say!
Highlanders 30 / 24 Blues
2 Minutes to go in the game
Time is up… hooter goes
Landers penalty…
Final Score: Highlanders (24) 30 / 24 (0) Blues
The only game i watched this weekend on the way to magalies, what a game, i th ought the skill level was extraordinary at times.
I also think the only way the all blacks could be brought down to every one else’s level is if aaron Smith got injured. The most valuable player in the world over the last few years imo.
