Hi Rugby-Talkers,
First working day of the New Year!
Just saying we’re open, not that we ever closed over the Festive Season.
Time to put shoulder to the wheel again and work hard.
2015 Will be a good year, won’t it!
I better get to a dentist today, been harbouring a freegin toothache for a couple of weeks now, and NO DENTISTS open over the festive season, the result of a tooth which broke. Now I am not a pill-popper, in fact I am positively the person I know who takes the least amount of pills I know, I only take them in very dire circumstances!
But… these 2 weeks I had to take pills at times, every time the pain threatened to creep around my left ear and over my whole head…
Serious toothache MUST surely be worse than labour pains…
Bill Cosby once tried to describe labour pains and said that it is comparable to taking your bottom lip and pulling it right over your head!
I hate the fuzzy feeling that these Gen-Payne tablets induce, so I asked my wife’s friendly Pharmacist for some Antibiotics… and he managed to give me some without prescription… have to sort this nonsense out though, and quickly!
The last time I had such toothache over the Festive Season, the Bulls went on to win Super Rugby in the season following, so let’s hope for a DOUBLE… hehehe
Regards,
Flok, my Dentist is still closed, only opening next Monday!
By the time I eventually get my teeth seen to I will be bonkers out of my farking head and a pill-popper of note!
Eishhhh
Die tandpyn bekruip mens so van alle kante af, naderhand…. moerrrr!
> We’re Open… well, we have been all along anyway!
Like Fontana Chicken and Flamingo’s? 🙂
> I asked my wife’s friendly Pharmacist for some Antibiotics… and he managed to give me some without prescription…
You’re lucky, here the doctor won’t even subscribe you antibiotics.
And to get it without a prescription will never happen
No wonder these guys love their medical Marijuana so much
So much in fact they take it every day in case they might need it 😛

Mens kry mos soms so gier… en in my geval sal ek nie rus voor daai gier nie waargemaak is nie.

Take that pain, square it and multiply it by 10
That’s the pain I get in my cinnamon ring each time the Bulls lose a game they should have won handsomely and fat face Frans tell us it’s all good we’re in building phase

In the following, substitute toothache for “kicked in the nuts”, and you have your answer.
What deep thinkers men are.
I mowed the lawn today, and after doing so I sat down and had a cold beer.
The day was really quite beautiful, and the drink facilitated some deep thinking.
My wife walked by and asked me what I was doing and I said ‘nothing’.
The reason I said that instead of saying ‘just thinking’ is because she would have said ‘about what’.
At that point I would have to explain that men are deep thinkers about various topics which would lead to other questions.
Finally I thought about an age old question: Is giving birth more painful than getting kicked in the nuts?
Women always maintain that giving birth is way more painful than a guy getting kicked in the nuts.
Well, after another beer, and some heavy deductive thinking, I have come up with the answer to that question.
Getting kicked in the nuts is more painful than having a baby; and here is the reason for my conclusion.
A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, “It might be nice to have another child.”
On the other hand, you never hear a guy say, “You know, I think I would like another kick in the nuts.”
I rest my case.
Time for another beer.
