Who’s watching this one with us?
HD Ackerman with the toss… Proteas win it and choose to bat.
Second load shedding of the day just kicked in….will have to watch on the Walka
3 @ nortie:
We’ve had some loadshedding here too… 3 hours this afternoon… so I just gave up working!
I swam, lazed around…
4 @ grootblousmile:
Same here, from about 12:00 to 14:00 and it just went off again….probably be off during the night as well and for the rest of the weekend.
Not even going to comment on the f…up Eskom has become, I’m sure everyone knows it and the reasons for it
I suppose Hougie and Parnell will be comparing Metro sexual items and swopping ideas about how ones appearance is more important than playing properly.
Next year Hougie will be sporting a kak hairstyle and Parnell a kak tattoo.
5 @ nortie:
Jeeez, I just hope we stay on for a while… would really like to see this game till the end
7 @ grootblousmile:
Brace yourself….odds are it will go off at some stage, I hope for your part not tonight.
8 @ nortie:
If I disappear (I will then try and leave a message via my Notebook and 3G), keep the comments going… will you… as well as the scoring!
Looks like a lot of good fun out on the pitch… group photos… ect
@ grootblousmile:
No problem
@ grootblousmile:
I am highly disgusted with the SuperBru 7’s.
It looks like it’s better to just not pick, we who made picks are losing ground, and those that didn’t bother keep accumulating default points, dis nou n pot kak.
Ek weet nie hoekom mens die moeite moet doen om te kies nie
1 Minute of applause to celebrate the life of Nelson Mandela
12 @ nortie:
Seriaaas?
National Anthem
By Johnny Clegg!
This Nation looks so cool when they unite, don’t they!!
14 @ grootblousmile:
Yep, they tend to put the favorites as the “home team”, so it’s not like normal tournaments where you get 5 defaults, they score a point every time the team listed first wins.
Where we make a pick for a “dark horse” we lose a point.
So dis beter om net nie te kies nie en die punte kry jy in elk geval
17 @ nortie:
Ag well… what the fark… it’s for fun anyway!
OK, game about to start… Quinton de Kock to face the first ball… think it might be from Willem Alberts
I hope someone informed Eskom that a cricket game is on, imagine the lights don’t work 😆
Looks like Willem Alberts knows what he’s doing… hehehe
Dot ball to start… hahaha
Kak fielding by Bissie… hehehe
Blomme 7 / 0 after 1 over
Damian de Allende to bowl the 2nd over… first ball goes for a 4
Wicketttttttt
Quinton de Kock gone!!!!!!
Jan Serfontein with the catch…
Blomme 11 / 1 after 1.2 overs
Victor Matfield fumbles a sure catch… eish!
Ag nee Vic….De Allende could have had both openers in this over
Blomme 14 / 1 after 2 Overs
Bloody good bowling by De Allende!!
