The Warriors have confirmed that Mark Bennett will be out for in the region of 12 weeks with a hamstring injury.
The centre, who was injured during Scotland’s defeat to New Zealand on Saturday, was assessed at Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow.
He does not require surgery and will now undergo a period of rehabiitation.

Earlier on Tuesday the Warriors confirmed the signing of Scottish back Fraser Lyle from Stirling County on a deal until the end of the season.
Meanwhile, it’s been confirmed that Mark Bennett will be attending Ardrossan Accies between 11:30 and 12:30 BST on Saturday. He will sign autographs and hand out giveaways prior to Scotland’s game with Tonga at Rugby Park in Kilmarnock, which kicks off at 14:30 BST.
Mark Bennett said: “I’m gutted to have picked up this injury and that I won’t be involved on Saturday. However, I’m looking forward to visiting Ardrossan Accies and meeting the kids prior to the game at Rugby Park.”
Real pity for Mark hope the rehab process goes well and that he is not rushed back too soon. Think he is a very talented player.
Big part of his success as a player based on his ability to accelerate rapidly and change direction on the run, really hope that this hamstring injury does not hamper him with this in future.
