Bloody hell that was boring
expect high mood in the cloackroom
Parisse 60th captainship
SA need to score quickly if they want an easy game
Was a hard 1st half… Bokke had many opportunities… not finished.
pretty boring indeed
94 @ rebop75:
Italy won’t last the full 80 minutes
curry back on track. Perhaps the Boks can serve up the same kind of potential my dinner promises. 😆
Sco 7/9 Tonga
Keep the updates coming, ouens. Fanks… 🙄
Due to Peskom’s intervention, I missed the 1st 20 minutes:
Which Bokke did well, & who performed poorly?
Anyone?
Dankie
@ MacroBok:
I’d describe it as ‘rubbish’ really. But ja, it’s also boring. Not a great combo truth be told.
The First Half was always going to be where the weaker team with good forwards pack would do well… but a game is 80 Minutes long…
Players back out on the pitch
@ Angostura:
Not the best Angos. Wouldn’t like to pick out any individuals. The whole team is not quick clicking. Too many errors. Some good stuff though. Not exactly multiple flickflaks stuff. Lets see what the 2nd half brings to the table.
2nd Half ON!
Italy get away with offside at the ruck, a slap down out of Reinach’s hands.. Italy scrum
@ Tassies:
Thx
Field breaking up, as all European pitches seem to do
Good Italian clearance after a chip-through…
99 @ nortie:
What do you think of Dunbar’s yellow card, I suppose strictly according to the law it is an offense but gosh just seen it replay and it hardly looks dangerous he didn’t lift the player off the ground much in the tackle and the guy landed on his hips with Richie Gray there cushioning the fall while trying to compete for it?
much better play by the Boks. Very enterprising and sustained. All good. Do it again.
Bokke penalty, not rolling away… quick tap and all comes to naught
109 @ grootblousmile:
Not the one in Kilmarnock, nor Murrayfield anymore either GBS
Reinach has not had the best games. He is super slow in some phases
Italy hold up Marcell.. turnover scrum.
Garces letting the Italians get away with a lot of offside play
no-one’s commenting about the ref…….so I will. He’s been very good. He’s not dominating the entertainment which is as it should be. No controversial calls so far which is a very good omen
@ MacroBok:
I agree
This game is like turning the ignition key in a very old car… Everytime you think the engine is going to run it does not… Our finishing has been poor after a few good build ups.
Scotland 14/12 Tonga, try by Stuart Hogg, converted by Laidlaw
