    @ Ben-die-Bok:

Daarsy, jy voel nes ek daaroor!

Our scrums went well, the lineouts went well… but the Irish forwards showed good urgency to hassle us.

Face it, the Irish backline was also better than the Bok backline.

Our loose forwards were never in the game, we need a fetcher of Flo’s standard

You can’t play away tests with an inexperienced half pairing, Pollard is too green and Hougie lacks self confidence

We should have had Fourie or Ruan there to stabilize Pollard, or Morne with Hougie

Maybe play Hougie with Lambie in tight wet games?

    Oooooo, Ruan Pienaar… nooooooooooo!

  • 306

    @ grootblousmile:
ekskuus ek bedoel ons moet dit aanpas

  • 307

    @ Victoriabok:
Id play Lambie… but the approach of the entire team was rushed. We tried to speed up the game but we were never allowed to, olaying NH teams are much different than SH teams.

  • 308

    Oooooo, Ruan Pienaar… nooooooooooo!

  • 313

    Etzebeth is looking very average.

Nowhere near the form he showed in the 1st year of test rugby.

Does the basics in the line outs but doesn’t get over the advantage line with purpose any longer.

  • 314

    @ charlesm:

Hougie en Reinach is altwee “all guns blazing” spelers

  • 318

    312 @ grootblousmile:

We should & will beat this Ireland team 8-9 times out of 10, but today our game plan was wrong & our mental preparation was deficient, whilst that of Ireland was spot on. This happens in sport … every now & again. Our management & leadership team is accountable.

Lest I forget: Congratulations Ireland! Smarter & more committed performance than that of the Bokke – a well deserved victory.

  • 321

    313 @ Jeraldjay:
    Jaywalker… I agree!

Eben is way off form, way under par!

  • 322

Iere self verdien hierdie goeie passievolle wen, Sexton was skitterend.

  • 323

    @ Victoriabok:

Victor has never been renowned for his upper body strength, yet he has taken the ball from a ruck on his own…..more than once. I can recall one instance where he conceded a penalty when he held on to a ball when he was tackled.
I still feel we should use more variation at the lineout.

Anyhow I’m signing off. The sun will shine tomorrow!!!

Maandag gaan Heyneke die sweep klap !!!!!!

  • 324

  • 325

    Beast… solid in the scrum
    Bissie… busy but not effective
Jannie…Not too bad, one or two 50/50 penalties against him
Eben… stole a line out, intercepted a pass
    Marcel… our MOTM
Oupa… he played the whole game?
Vermeulen… tried too much by himself and never passed to players in better positions.
Hougie… too rushed, not doing the basics
Pollard…too rushed not doing the basics
Habana… never got the ball in attack
    JDV… didnt doo much
    Janneman… a few half gaps… average
    Hendricks… Not on heavy fields
Willie… started well, his game tappered into a nightmare.
    He

  • 326

Matfield… also anonymous in the game

  • 327

Time for HM to go! This is an Irish b team.

  • 328

    @ Ben-die-Bok:

  • 329

One thing I forgot to mention after being rather emotional after today’s game…

Flippin well done Ireland on a great win. No unforced errors and great in defence.
