Expected weather: Mostly sunny, with very little chance of rain. High of 24°C, low of 16°C
Referee: Craig Joubert (South Africa)
Assistant Referees: Jaco Peyper (South Africa), Marius van der Westhuizen (South Africa)

Nick White het dit daar verloor vir die Aussies op die einde, moes balbesit net gehou het, of die bal baie verder uitgeskop het.
All Backs almost pissed it away there… specially with that failed touchfinder by Colin Slade from the penalty.
Great match though by the Ozzmob…
Folks, remember, the 1st Currie Cup Semi is at 14:30 SA Time!!
Xerox Golden Lions vs Cell C Sharks
2nd Semi is at 17:00 SA Time
DHL Western Province vs Vodacom Blue Bulls
Both matches broadcast on SS1 and M-Net!
what an outstanding Test match. Oz played bloody well for 80 but lost composure in the last few minutes. That is fatal against these ABies. You lose.
Guess I have to go do some chores…
Need to fix 2 pin-down locks on our Oregon Sliding doors which lead out to the deck and also need to go put up some curtain rods for Handbriekie… she wants them lower down to where they are now for some new curtains in the family room.
See you lot later for the Semis!
@ BrumbiesBoy:

That was no choke cunther.
The Wallabies played with commitment, passion and skill. They were very unlucky to lose.
Bumby Boy should be proud of his boys.
I would be.
@ BrumbiesBoy:
Yes indeed Bumby.
Cunther was a desperate man.
Bad luck, your Team played with great spirit and were desperately unlucky.
@ cane:
That was the biggest choke since the whale coughed Jonah up.
@ gunther:
Thought it was Pinoccio and Gepetho?
@ nortie:
Gepetho?
Is that some kind of Spanish soup?
Great contest – a credit to rugby
well done ABs for stealing the win in the end… never gave up… never give up… one helluva team…
tough luck the ozzmob… sheesh… heart-breaking to lose a game they had won at the hooter like that… a game i believe they deserved to win… must be very tough on the players… and ewan… sad way to end his coaching job…
also have to say how well i thought richie played… the guy is amazing… to have played so consistently well over so many years… and still be putting in such dominating performances is truly remarkable… exceptional…
must echo ango’s comment… great game and a credit to the sport…!
