    @ ryecatcher:

    @ ufo:

Thank You for your kind words UFO.

It was anyone’s game in the last 5 minutes ,and that’s the way the cookie crumbles.

Pollard is a young man on the way up.
And I thought Duane was MOM.

But………………………………….Why does Baby Face de Jager not shave. If I had hair like on my back I would be ashamed of it.

Congats on the win Cane, and fellow Kiwi’s

Great game to watch. Another AB v Bok classic. The AB’s dominated territory for large parts of the game, but at the end the Boks were still in it, to win it.

Yes, the Boks lost. And I too am disappointed.

But the gap is closer than one thinks. Whatever the “glass half empty clan” might say. 🙄

    Can’t wait for EP.

    @ MacroBok:

Just read what was going on.

I appreciate your apology to Charles. I understand your comment was said in the heat of the moment. Plenty of us value his contribution and analytical input.

  • 430

    @ IAAS:

    As we do Macro’s input.

  • 431

Congrats to the AB and their fans.

Well played Bokke. That’s what I would like to see more oten. A real gutsy performance. We could’ve won it.

I thought Pollard did very, very well.
    Duane by far my MoM.

    Willie had a shocker.

    @ MacroBok:
    Thanks Macro.

Not much in it. “It’ a fine line between pleasure and pain”.

  • 433

    @ cane:

    Exactly. I enjoy reading both.

Hey, I even enjoy reading yours.

  • 434

    @ cane:
    Touche!
Macro sure knows his game as well, beter than most of us, having been brought up the heart of Sharks rugby and all Wink

    @ Pietman:
…in the heart…sorry Puma, typo iPad

  • 436

Oh yes, Pienaar probably had his best game (at SH) for the Boks.

I thought he was bloody good before he went off.

  • 437

    Come next years RWC.
It is my understanding that if either SA, NZ or Oz manage to win it ………………………………….They get to keep The Cup (Bill).

    How cool would that be.

  • 438

    @ IAAS:

I’m not here to be enjoyed IAAS.

    😉

“Jan Serfontein so bloody solid when he runs at No 12 on defence!”

    That’s where he should play.

  • 440

Back in the country and missed the game. Just watched a few highlights. Pollard looked a revelation and Duane was enormous (the little I saw). We need to find a scrumhalf as I cannot see Hougaard getting to international standard. How we miss Fourie Doep. What on earth happened to Jano Vermaak? Very disappointed in the loss and I for one cannot get comfort from a loss. Losing is losing and there are no positives in a loss… Sorry from the old school…

  • 441

    @ cane:

    Then fuckoff.

  • 442

Well done to the All Blacks and their supporters. What a great rugby playing nation – a loss is not a word in their vocabulary. Great gesture from Richie and the boys…

  • 443

    @ cane:
so it will be sa or aus because it is well known that nz can only win world cups at home

    @ Gumboots:

Both this week’s match and last week’s could have had different results. But that’s just the way the boerewors bends.

Losing sucks. I just don’t think that the Boks are as far off the pace as some pundits put forward.

  • 445

    @ Pietman:

What’s this ……………………………………. “Sharks Rugby”, I didn’t realise he was one of those barstards.

I retract all complimentary posts pertaining to Macro.

    😉

Well we lose to Oz and we lose to AB’s – both are losses. A really great team seems to pull through when the chips are down… We lost both… We said the same last year when we lost with 14 men and then got brought back to earth at Ellis Park. The AB’s are still beating us though… and now the Ozzies are too… 🙁
