Gregor Townsend has named a 26-man squad for Saturday’s pre-season friendly against Aviva Premiership side Harlequins at Scotstoun (ko 15:30 BST / 16:30 SA Time).
James Downey, Rossouw de Klerk, Connor Braid and Alex Allan are all in line to make their debuts for the Warriors.
Prop Euan Murray and scrum-half Murray McConnell are also included in the squad after returning to the club in the summer.
The Warriors will confirm the starting line-up on Saturday.

After joining the club today on a three-month deal, Canadian international Connor Braid goes straight into the squad and could make his debut for the club on Saturday.
The adaptable back can play at fly-half, centre and full-back and has had a busy summer, playing against Scotland in the summer tour as well as competing for Canada 7s at Glasgow 2014.
Also in line to play against the English Premiership side is Adam Ashe, who made his Scotland debut against South Africa on the summer tour and then signed a professional contract with the Warriors, after returning from his Macphail Scholarship in New Zealand.
After the announcement of his new deal with Glasgow and Scotland 7s earlier this week, Lee Jones could also feature.
Canadian winger DTH van der Merwe returns to the fray after suffering a shoulder injury in February, which ruled him out for the remainder of last season.
Hooker Fergus Scott could also make his debut for the club, with the 22-year-old Elite Development Player included in a Warriors squad for the first time.
Glasgow Warriors head coach Gregor Townsend said: “Getting to play at Scotstoun against one of the best teams in England is great for our players and supporters.
“It’s been good to integrate our new players over the summer and we’re looking forward to seeing them play for the Warriors on Saturday.
“Last season we played against Harlequins and Exeter Chiefs away from home, so to get a game at Scotstoun is a boost for everyone at the club.
“Harlequins are quite similar to us in their style of play as they operate at a high intensity, move the ball around quickly and have a strong defence.
“There is a connection between the clubs and they have a strong squad, so it’ll be a tough test for us but one we’re all looking forward to.”

Hoping Rossouw de Klerk gets a good deal of game time tomorrow to get a feel for rugby up here before the season. With Euan Murray also in the squad am guessing he will start and Rossouw will come on as sub. Interesting to note that he is only 24, quite young for a top prop, but already made his debut for the Blue Bulls 5 years ago (according to Glasgow Warriors website, not sure if they mean the senior side or any of the junior sides)
