I think we can be more than satisfied with the back 3… Willie, Hendricks & the Volvo.
Centres were certainly solid and Jan Serfontein tackled his heart out.
Handré Pollard stepped in well at flyhalf.
Pity Fourie du Preez was injured early on, but Hougie did well.
Duane Vermeulen, Schalla & Marcell Coetzee were excellent as loosies… very busy!
Lood de Jager & Matfield.. no problems
Bit of a mixed bag in the front row.. Bissie was good, but Coenie did not impress and neither did Jannie. Marcel van der Merwe brought a new and stronger element at loosehead. Nyakane was’nt on for too long.
