Its a pity for Danny Care that he had to pull out of this match with a shoulder injury, but Ben Youngs who is promoted from the bench to start in Care’s place is also a really good scrumhalf. Youngs place on the bench is taken by Northampton’s Lee Dixon who will wear the no 21 jersey.
A reasonable starting pack England have selected but not sure about the bench options up front apart from Henry Thomas and Tom Johnson, a pity as they have quite an exciting attacking backline, many of which played so well on tour in Argentina last year when the Lions were away. May Eastmond and Yarde are quick, Yarde and Eastmond play with such enthusiasm but especially Kyle Eastmond is possibly a bit small at centre at this level, this could be an area the All Blacks target with their big runners.
All Blacks should win comfortably. GO ENGLAND!
Good morning everyone
The odds are 1:66 against the Poms, I was tempted to take a shot but for the outrageously inadequate backline that Lancaster selected for the test.
England’s forwards aren’t bad at all and will hold their own,
Fiji 25-14 Italy
For those who picked Italy, not a good start to the June Internationals.
@ nortierd:
Morning ‘ guvner ‘!
What do you mean”not a good start”….. ?
@ nortierd:
I had Fiji by 1O…
@ Pietman: I forgot to pick…
@ BrumbiesBoy:
Eishhh…and it was such an easy one!
All Blacks by 13, just for the record….

Not to worry, you will hopefully get 1 point for default in a home game…
Morning all, long day of rugby today – harsh…..on the rest of my family!
Going to be an interesting match this. I predict a similar game from both England and the Boks today. Both with good packs and suspect back lines.

Smart chap you are, I got them by 12…
My daughter has just asked me who the most exciting teams are going to be at the next world cup. I said New Zealand, and then I got stuck. Help!
The Poms selected 3 backs of around 80kg each, none of whom is a Jason Robinson nor a Johnny Wilkinson, with Cipriani on the bench to round it off 🙂
Their forwards will hold their own though but when the odds maker take the ABs at a whopping 1:66 you know it won’t be enough
@Pietman
More more
Mooi man, only picked them by 5, but better than picking Italy by 5
😉
Helllooooooooooooooo!
Anthems done and dusted!
Time for the Haka!

Australia, especially that backline
Kamate the Haka of choice!
Peyper on the sideline, hell but he is far away from his hometown of Durban
Game ON!
Kick-Off by England!
Nigel Owen is the referee; an experience trader of test matches 😉
@ nortierd:
Fast start by England. Need to make it count
England penalty, right in front…
Freddie Burns slots it!

Nah, Owens is alright, don’t tell us you are a homophobe as well.
England 3 / 0 All Blacks
AB’s unusually, look a bit ruffled atm
Freddie Burns kicks out directly, lineout back on halfway.

The problem is, they just get stronger and more and more composed as a game progresses.
