Frances big problem is that they have too many foreign players in their system, similar to English football. Its become a money game over there, and the importation of foreign players into their local system is killing the sport for local rugby talent. Such a shame, again, because, just like the English football, the chances of them ever being great again, are very small
No try, penalty France… good call
Hmmmm, interesting decision
fukcing hell, these aussie commentators
They are almost as bad as pierce and bladen
65 @ MacroBok:
Bladen is nice, very pleasant fellow.
Played with him in a golf day once, him and whatshisname, head of SA referees…. flok what’s the oke’s name…. donner!
65 @ MacroBok:
Pierce and Andy Capistagno are the pitts though… and Nasal Joel…
66 @ grootblousmile: Steve Strydom?
27 Minutes gone, still no score
68 @ BrumbiesBoy:
No… ag fokkie toggie…
@ BrumbiesBoy:
Of Andre?
Go Bokke… Oh not yet… 😆
Andre Watson… that’s the name I was looking for
@ Just For Kicks:
I think it is difficult to judge the top 14 from here, in any given round there are 322 players playing rugby.(if 65% were foreign then then there will be about 113 french players a round)
In Super rugby each country will have a maximum of 115 players available each round, while Australia have a lot of foreigners them selves so their pool will be even smaller.
70 @ grootblousmile: Come now GBS, it’s elementary my dear …….
Am I missing a good game? Doesn’t seem like it…
France penalty and great touchfinder
@ Gumboots:
the score is 0-all after 30, might be another 1-1 draw
@ Gumboots:
the french have had a few shots at goal, but none of them have been on target
76 @ Gumboots:
Certainly different from last week’s Test between these 2 teams
Easy game to score, I only have to update the minutes… hehehe
81 @ grootblousmile:
Well, I’ve done the housework, put the washing on, and washed up, showered and cleaned the car, and see I’ve missed nothing.
Still at work, but will be home for the BIG game… Just checking scores… See AB’s won by one… was it that close?
France pealty, contact in the air at the lineout
84 @ Gumboots:
England had a massive 1st half, the All Blacks a massive 1st 20 minutes in the 2nd half
Penalty missed again
