He is a menace, this boy, how would you like to tackle him coming at full speed?

For me it will be more how he gest Scotland to play against the Boks, hopefully for the future we see some clever rugby, but in reality with all the players that are not available for that game the Boks should comfortably win that game. Glad you like Gavin Hastings, was really luck to meet him last year at a great charity function for Euan McDonald and Joost vd Westhuizen at Murrayfield. He was so friendly and looked to be the life and soul of the party, went over to speak to him at the end of the function and he was in good humour, top bloke Approve

England had a really good day yesterday, firstly just beating the Junior Boks to the World Cup and then bowling Sri Lanka out for 257 on first day of Test 2 and ending on 36/0 themselves. Stuart Broad a favourite of so many on here Happy-Grin was one of the bowling heroes taking a hat trick and became only the 4th player ever to take two hat tricks in international cricket joining the likes of Australias Hugh Trimble and Jimmy Mathews (who did it in one match) and the great Wasim Akram, well done Broad! Liam Plunkett got his best test figures 5/64 Congratulations

Well have got divided loyalties just for that game, but its more for the longer good that hope Scotland play well, actually in the end would still prefer Boks to win that one Pondering

cant see any other result tbh. But as you say, will give Cotter a chance to assess certain players, Im sure hes been watching them for the year he had to wait, so think they will be competitive.

Half an hour gone…. it’s the kak French side who have pitched up again today

Really hope he does well with us as at the moment in many circles here there is a bit of negativity about the influx of ‘outsiders’, especially seeing how many SA players and defence coach Alan Solomons has taken to Edinburgh.

Morning all, and afternoon Pops 😀
Went Aussies by 22 here, looking ok so far, also went Japan, hope they hang on.
Argies already dropped me yesterday, expected more from them.
I hope all those who say the June tests don’t mean anything and use it to blood youngsters for the WC took notice, the Argies have been doing just that and went 0/3 at home and there is no way it’s going to help them in the WC or even the RC.
A test is a test, you play your best team, finish en klaar

    Pheeew, big boys those…
How does it work over there in Oz,do you need citizenship to play for the national side if your Samoan, or do they have special compensation like the Arabs in the Gulf States where a, citizen of Dubai have equal rights in Bahrain, for instance?

I imagine its because you guys have a small player base, so it hurts the national team more.
