Pumas scrum, after some good attacking by them in the Ireland 22
Hello GBS looks like it was close here at halftime, sent you email.
Phase after phase by the Argies, not getting further, till an eventual knock just inside the Ireland 22
@Rob
Seems like this will be one of the Football WCups where I won’t be watching too many games, terrible times the kick offs
63 @ Bullscot:
I will have a look at the draft, tweak it if needed, then leave it on draft for you.
Our Power will be off from about midnight tonight, and I’m only going to start the genny in the morning, so I’ll be sleeping at the time of that game, no electric blanket, just warm boude next to me.
Try Trimble, Ireland again, under the sticks
Ireland 23 / 10 Pumas
66 @ grootblousmile:
Ok thanks I still need to finish it with teams etc and try get the match officials. Pity about your power failure but you also need to rest some time too, lekker le en jou poep ruik
Missed penalty by the Pumas

@ Nortier
Yip, its a bit of a problem.. I will focus on the games of England and the Dutch and maybe Uruguay during the group stages and will then take it from there….
I always support the Germans in WCups, since franz beckenbauer’s days, lol
Growing up reading Tiger and Roy of the Rovers, I remember a photo of him holding up the WC.
Another Ireland try?
Looks out though
Out, no try
@ robzim:
@ nortierd:
So who do you guys think will win, normally think Germany are a good bet but they only got one out and out striker there – Klose
Indeed out
72 @ nortierd:
Sorry didn’t see your post before did mine SNAP about Germany
@Bullscot
I’m not as clued up as Rob, but my money would be on Brazil at home, or maybe Argentina.
Think a South American side in South America might be a good bet
Ireland 26 / 10 Pumas
As Ian Madigan slots a penalty

Klose is a great striker, what I like about the Germans are that they are less inclined to all this diving and acting like prima donnas, they remind me of a well oiled machine when they get going
77 @ Bullscot:
OK Bully, I’ve tweaked the Article you want to do for the USA / Scotland game.
Only thing missing is the team sheets, the rest is up and going.
Have saved it back to Draft for you again.
Another penalty slotted by Madigan.
Ireland 29 / 10 Pumas
@ Bullscot:
Sadly I also think Germany will take it… Spain is not as good as 4 years ago… Maybe the Argies if Messi is on song….
Tough one to call…
@ nortierd:
Have seen so little football lately so don’t really have a clue, just wonder if the pressure of playing at home may be too much for Brazil. Don’t say they will win but from what have heard Belgium may be one to watch.
Need Scotland to win that game.
Can’t see the States pulling that one off, or at least, I hope they don’t.
Yet another Ireland penalty, tap and go
Ireland running away with the game now, Jackson penalizing the Argies left, right and centre
85 @ nortierd:
Good man thanks for your support
Ireland get a penalty on the Pumas 5m line, kicked to touch.
Less than 7 minutes left to go
Great Argies defence, tackled Heaslip back by 10 – 12 metres!
