Mercurial Wallabies fly-half Quade Cooper looks likely to miss his side’s June Tests against France due to a shoulder injury.

The Reds playmaker sustained the damage during the Brisbane-based franchise’s 30-27 loss to the Rebels on Saturday, and is set to be sidelined for a month after diagnosis of a grade three AC separation was confirmed later that day.
It took only eight minutes for Cooper’s involvement in the defeat to be curtailed as he crashed to the ground, landing on the shoulder after setting up a try for Mike Harris.
“I knew there was something wrong,” said Cooper.
“I heard a bit of a crack and I could feel that my shoulder wasn’t sitting right so I was told I had dislocated my AC joint.”
It’s now 16 weeks.
