    @ Hondo:
I didn’t watch the first half. but i agree there were a few dodgy decisions in the second half.

  • 152

    150 @ Snoek:
Are the Sharks going for the conference cup?

  • 153

I am watching a replay of that slap back by the rebels in their in goal area.

    What a shocking decision.

I wonder if Ben and Nortie will mention it in every post for the next 3 weeks.

They are going for the BIG win.

What are your teams intentions in this competition?

  • 155

    @ Snoek:
survival at most, we are definitely not even close to competing and we done deny it 😛

That’s a shame, I would have thought that every team playing in the competition would want to try and win it.

  • 157

    @ Snoek:
So even the Cheetahs should still believe they can win it?

    Come now, be realistic.

  • 158

    @ Snoek:
After 9-10 odd games being 10th on the table, surely we “want to try” and win it, but come down to earth man lol

Go back to page 1 and read my comment WHEN it happened

    @ Snoek:
Check the replay of the sharks players diving over the ball in the last movement of the match.

  • 161

Oh and both from the side.

  • 162

    @Macrobull
I did read somewhere that Lees is the second cousin of Peyper twice removed.
Supporting the Sharks must be a family affair.

    @ nortierd:
haha, well to be honest I missed the first half, and the Rebels try should not have been allowed, but before that the rebels were attacking and sharks the sharks were slowing the ball down and not rolling the ball away at will, mcwolkie even slapping the ball down from offside while they are trying to clear the ball from the ruck, it was baffling and they never even checked if Mvovu gave a forward pass for the Sharks try, which in the end was the difference.

lucky the ref didnt check for the forward pass from mvovu

    @ BrumbiesBoy:
haha it was a good try, and I wont say it was 100% without a doubt forward, but it was surely debatable.

  • 166

@ MacroBull: Nah boet, if the call goes in the Tjarks’ favour there’s no debate whatsoevver…it was a brilliant, well-worked-and-planned perfectly-legitimate try…

    Distort

  • 167

@ BrumbiesBoy: Oops, sorry for the Puma… “whatsoever”

  • 168

    @ BrumbiesBoy:
Well they got to appreciate the few tries they do score 😛

  • 169

Frans Steyn going to Japan, I hope his passing skills won’t regress in those six months.

    @ BrumbiesBoy and MacroBull
Who wants to bet against me that there will be a ticker tape parade in Durban after the SR?
I can already see thousands of Shark fans lining the street just to catch a glimpse of Bismarck holding up the Conference Cup

  • 171

    @ nortierd:
Just as long as they do better than the Bulls and Stormers the competition is won.

  • 172

    @ nortierd:
Gaan WP die Pumas vat vanaand?

  • 173

170 @ nortierd: King Shaka Int to be renamed as well?

I just saw the deliberate knock down infront of Mvovu, I have no idea what that guy was thinking, it deserved a yellow card, but he could easily have just reached the ball.

17-13 for the Lions at the moment
    I picked the Sharks here
Looks like they are going to mess my predictions up twice in one day.
Then people want to know why I don’t like them

  • 178

The Rebels try was hilarious, the ref blew the whistle and the sharks thought they could just keep on having a chat haha

  • 179

    @ nortierd:
Amazing, Herbst was touting as a Springbok last year and he didnt even make the Sharks touring side.

  • 180

    Congrats Guppies…

Didn’t see the game, but a win is a win…
