The Bulls must realize that to beat a NZ side , they must play until the final wistle blows. So just do the same for the next 40.41,42, 43….minutes

Yip, was forward from the moment it left the hands of the passer, the touch by the Bulls player didn’t affect the direction of the ball.
Ball touched Piets hand so ref had no other choice but to award.
This ref has actually been quite good and the few mistakes he has made has been both ways, like the BUlls 2nd penalty should not have been, yet a minute or so before that the Bulls should have had a penalty near the touchline for an early tackle that they did not get. it happens.
