Nick Mallett, who will take charge of the World XV against the Springboks in June, has ruled out a return to coaching full-time.
Mallett, 57, was earlier this week confirmed as coach of the team to face the Springboks at Newlands on 7 June.
He did, however, state that he was not interested in getting a coaching role on a full-time basis.

“I’ll get involved with one-off matches like the Barbarians. I enjoy the work I do with SuperSport (as an in-studio pundit) and feel I add value there,” Mallett said.
“My career as a coach started when I was only 28. I’ve coached two international teams (South Africa and Italy) and there’s not much I still need to achieve.
“My name was in the hat to coach England. Since then I’ve turned down various offers. There’s a lot less stress in what I’m currently doing!”

Why would one want to be an international Rugby coach?
Sure, I can understand that it’s the pinnacle of a coaching carreer, but FFS, a coupke of key players have a bad month, and you’re out on your ear looking for a job.
In SA, the team has a great 6 months, and you’re out on your ear.
Stay where you are Nick. At least your (sometimes) brutal honesty keeps SuperSport on the straight and narrow.
