SA 34 / 1 after 4 overs
Good runs in the 4th over, 17 runs from it
Much better over
@ Scrumdown:
Bummer
The Hash sure can Slash!
SA 43 / 1 after 5 overs
damn, damn, damn
The Hash departs.
SA 44 / 2 after 5.1 overs
Great ball though
Duminy all at sea against the spin – as will a few more of our players, I have no doubt – and thats only Ashwin!!!
Ahh no, to get a good total it helps if a player like that goes on and bats to get a big score, but at least Amla has helped us off to a good start runs wise, not sure if being two wickets down so early in the innings but at least a fair amount of runs achieved… so far
SA 44 / 2 after 6 overs.. Power Play over.
There was only 1 run from the 6th over… and it was a wide… eish
@ Just For Kicks:
And Mishra available as well, think he has been in great form for India this tournament.
Jeeez, the Blomme batsmen are’nt playing spin well!!
Duminy’s had 9 balls to get his eye in. some runs now, please
15.30 @ Bullscot:Yup, that was my point!
@ grootblousmile:We’ve never played spin well – but against India in this tournament, no one has!
Great to hear Hussein say that Ab and Kohli the best T20 players in the world
SA 58 / 2 after 9 overs
Runs coming far too slow, I’m afraid
Both players now going at less than a run a ball. Need to get a move on
Fortunate 4 from a missfield
Poor fielding, good one for us, though
India will never get done for a slow over rate, thats for sure
SA 66 / 2 after 10 overs
Mishra on. this will go one of 2 ways now
Faf didn’t have a clue there
Mishra with a no ball??????
Good use of the free ball
SA 74 / 2 after 11 overs.
Fark, they need to accellerate now!
A little while back- Shaun Pollock, Ex-South Africa captain on BBC Test Match Special
“South Africa aren’t sure that this surface is going to turn. In the last semi, Sri Lanka didn’t get it to turn, so they decided to leave out Aaron Phangiso. I think they will regret that. That ball from Ashwin was the best of the tournament.”
@ Just For Kicks:
Hopefully Mishra has used up all his good form for the tournament JFK
