A rather unfortunate typo.
Cheers all.
Homeward bound. Just heard I have a meeting tomorrow when the Lions / Saders game is on.
Need to choke Kohli, thrash Mishra, Ashwin and Jadeja. By the same vein, Hash and AB need to bring the A-game, Tahir and Duminy need to double the revolutions on the spin and FAF, Miller and Albie to find their form.
Gooooo Proteas
…..Oh yes, and Steyn just needs to be given the ball!

Don’t use the words “choke” and “Proteas” in the same post.
😆
@ nortierd:Haha, England, Black Caps and the Dutch have wrenched that mantle from around our necks, and are now fighting for the ignominy of the honour of the title
…….just watch this comment come back to bite me in 4 hours time!!!
For a welcome change, South Africa won the Tos and chose to bat first.
The girls have been beaten by the poms, but 5 run-outs, they didn’t really stand a chance. The Poms overhauled the 101 in 16 overs with the loss of only 1 wicket
Anthems
India’s “Tra-la-laa” up first
Now Nkosi!
Goooooooooo Blomme!
We haven’t been given much chance in this game by the press, lets hope they’re all wrong!
We have a cool anthem.
After the initial moaning and groaning that was prevalent, it’s actually a flippen nice anthem.
OK, let the game begin!

A T20 game is a Lottery… it just depends who fires particularly well on the day or not.
Game ON!
Will miss the first bit have to dash out for a half hour or so. Catch up later.
Hope Amla has a big game today and takes it to them… We need him to bat well.
Go Proteas
We need all the luck we can get
Pity De Kock has had such a poor tournament
O flok, Quinton de Kock out, only 4 balls bowled.
SA 9 / 1 after 0.4 overs
Daft shot, he didn’t need to do that. 9 runs in the 1st over, and he slashes at a wide one.
SA 12 / 1 after 1 over
Good bowling by bunny hop Mohit
We’re not using the power play, and that is going to come back to bite us when the spinners come on
SA 17 / 1 after 3 overs
Some streaky runs coming… but every run counts
