Reds penalty, shot at goal
172 @ Puma,
I only run about once a week these days. Used to do road racing but never did any of the Ultras. Have you done the Comrades?
I guess the Stormers players want to see AC off in the style he deserves.

Yes I think Fred will step up nicely and he and McLeod played well in CC last year though that is a step down from this level. He has the goods though. Lambie was playing brilliant rugby though so it is a pity we lost him. He must feel gutted. Also a bit worried about Lock. Read that Jake is looking around for another. What about Sykes? He knows the Sharks well.
Yip having Mvovo at FB could be a master stroke or could backfire badly. He has been playing superb on the wing this year though. So agree with Jake it would have been totally unfair to leave him out.
Reds 22 / 10 Stormers
@ BrumbiesBoy:
Thanks!
Good kick
Stormers need two quick converted tries – not too difficult!
The whole Stormers front row replaced
Malherbe should keep that beard – makes him look less like a teletubbie.

Yes done the Comrades and Two Oceans and so many marathons forget the count of them. The reason my knees are shot to hell.

Think demetri should always start for Stormers.
@ BrumbiesBoy:

Imagine if the reserve hooker had started at 2 and Fourie had started at 6 🙄
